Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with to338. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts created for fraudulent purposes are strictly prohibited. If We detect multiple Accounts registered to the same individual (identified by name, address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or other means), We reserve the right to close all such Accounts, cancel any associated bonuses, and void all wagers.

4. Account Registration

To create an Account, You must provide accurate and complete information including Your full legal name (as it appears on Your KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and payment details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share Your credentials with any third party. 4.3 KYC Verification

to338 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ensure Account security. Before Your first withdrawal, You will be required to submit:

• A clear copy of Your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing Your full name, date of birth, photograph, and KTP number.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document) dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing Your name and account details).

5.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are processed 24/7 with average completion times of 3-5 minutes for bank transfers and 2-3 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 (Rp 100,000,000 for Platinum and Diamond VIP members). 5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method where possible. We reserve the right to investigate and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. to338 operates a tiered VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond) with benefits including increased cashback, faster withdrawals, personal account managers, and exclusive tournament access. VIP status is determined by monthly turnover and is recalculated on the first day of each month. Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each game. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support at [email protected]. Upon closure, You must withdraw any remaining Account balance. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened. 9.2 Termination by to338

to338 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion if We believe You have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, provided false information, or for any other reason We deem appropriate. Upon termination, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Your deposit balance will be returned to You (minus any bonuses and fraudulent winnings) following completion of any necessary investigations.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. to338 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 100,000 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) after 12 months of inactivity. You will be notified by email before any fees are applied.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which to338 is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
